Are you not completely satisfied with your article ?

Don't worry, you have 14 working days, from receipt of the order, to return the item to us for a refund.

You can also make an exchange or get a credit note !

WHAT ARE THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS ?

The following conditions must be observed:

Items must be in perfect condition in their original packaging, with their label, without dirt or deterioration.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN / AN EXCHANGE ?

1. Download and print the return form by clicking here (or handwrite if you prefer)

2. Complete the form, mention your surname / first name or order number, otherwise your return cannot be processed

3. Place the item in a package with the return form

4. Send everything with tracking, to the address :

5. EMAIL US THE TRACKING NUMBER AT CONTACT@MARSOU.FR TO MAKE SURE WE RECEIVE IT AT OUR WORKSHOP.

The shipping costs incurred for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

We let you choose your carrier for the return.

The package must reach us directly at our premises and not at a Point Relais, in which case your return cannot unfortunately be processed.

We advise you to keep a proof of deposit of packages provided by your carrier. In the absence of this, no refund can be made if the package is lost.

You pay for the outward journey, and we offer you the return!

PROCESSING AND DEADLINE OF EXCHANGES

Your package takes 10 to 15 working days to be delivered to us.

Once your exchange has been received, our small team will do everything possible to process it as quickly as possible.

It is possible to exchange with an item more or less expensive than the one originally ordered.

A refund or a request for payment will be made or requested during the processing of the exchange.

If the item chosen for exchange is out of stock, we will notify you by email.

PROCESSING AND TIME LIMITS FOR RETURNS

Your package takes 10 to 15 working days to be delivered to us.

Once your return has been received, our small team will do everything possible to process it as quickly as possible.

We open your packages one by one and it may take a little time.

You will receive an email notifying you of the successful receipt of your package and confirming the refund or the issue of a credit note.

From this confirmation message, the refund will be effective within 5 to 10 working days and the credit will be available directly after receipt of the message.
